“We had an emergency situation at our home. We called Avon Plumbing and Heating. They had a technician at our house within the hour to troubleshoot. We needed a new well pump. As this was late in the day, they diagnosed the problem and stated they would have a team at our house the next morning. This was on a Friday evening. The next morning (Saturday) at 8:30 AM, the owner and a senior technician arrived at our home and went right to work. Within 2 hours, they had replaced the well pump and we were back in business. Simply put, their response was nothing short of OUTSTANDING. Highly recommend them.”

“After experiencing many disappointments with hired contractors, I can happily and whole heartedly recommend James Carboni plumbing and heating for your needs. They were professional, showed up when they said they would, and the price I was quoted was the price I payed. They converted our heating system from oil to gas, and installed a tankless hot water heater and central air. The work was performed efficiently and they were very knowledgable, answering all our questions. Office manager Robin prepared all the necessary paperwork for our energy rebates, and was extremely helpful throughout the entire process of the conversion.”
