“2nd time around with Sosna and their team. Current project was 3 bathroom renovations but because of time restrictions we decided on completing main bathroom now and deferring 2 remaining bathrooms until a latter date. Project was for complete renovation including new fixtures and painting. Project started and finished when indicated. Workmanship, again, was perfect. They stuck to timeframe were amazing with all our questions along the way. Project turned out amazing, time commitments met. Can't wait to complete other 2 bathrooms.”

“Contracted Sasha from Tipeq as a part of a whole main floor renovation and Kitchen. What we did: replaced tile floor with raw wood, sand existing wood and stain it all. Elongated wood-style tiles in kitchen. Open 2 walls, one load bearing that needed a beam. New powder room. As well as all work that needed to be done for the kitchen (tear down, relocating some vents and heating, he even took care of plumbing and installed the island hood). Bottom line, the results are 110%, just near perfect. But, that's not why he got 5 stars in my book. Sasha and his guys were a real pleasure to work with. Very respectful of my house and minimizing damage to other areas, on time and on schedule, but most of all - very receptive to my concerns and (some times odd) request. I didn't make it easy on them - moved the location of the hood 3 times after vent and everything was done - not a single word of complaint. Last minute TV wall mount - not a word. My every comment or request got handled professionally and to my complete satisfaction. Naturally, I was very concerned about guys doing half jobs and just abandoning me in the middle, I've had guys who did things the way they wanted to and when I didn't like the result they either took off or asked for (much) more money. None of that here. We had a clear schedule with payments and work progress. Every week we see the progress match the date, and payment is given. For the load bearing wall - structural change, Sasha insisted we get a permit. I was reluctant at first but it wasn't a lot of trouble and was well worth it! My electrician thought he could get away without a permit, 2 days after the work begun we got a letter from ESA wanting to come for inspection threatening with fines and halt the work. That would have been a nightmare! Lucky we got the latter before job was done so the inspector came and signed off on it. I can't imagine if structural inspection would come without a permit - it would have been a total nightmare. So - definitely get permits for everything Sasha tells you! Very professional guy, I will definitely use him on my other 2 projects, just need to save up first.”
