Any job has opportunities, limits to what may be done, the right methods to be used, the best materials, and challenges. There are always implications in a course of action. Richard has the ability to find the best solution to reach a desired outcome and to avoid difficulties. His planning is meticulous and transparent; he is a very good listener, and will deliver the outcome you want and probably do it better than you could believe possible.
