“Multi was quick to come out and assess a 2,000 square foot drywall job. Their response time on providing a quote was fast and their price was fair and competitive. “We have hired Cam for three different carpentry jobs in the last two years: designing and building built-in cabinets and a window seat in our family room, remodeling our laundry/mud room, and installing a new front door with custom woodwork. He did a great job on all three projects. Cam is meticulous and aims to please his customers. We highly recommend New Creation Carpenters to anyone who wants beautiful, well-crafted carpentry. “We hired Mr. Stanton to convert two pair of French doors that were 'fixed' in place since 1917 into doors we could open and close. This required finding hinges to match the house and then embedding them into the framing and attaching them to the doors. The doors needed to be prepared to receive the hinges as well. Perfectly matched! The most difficult part of the project was the installation of eight slide bolts INSIDE the doors. I don't know how he did it, but it looks as though the bolts were in there since the house was first built. Perfect fit! Mr. Stanton also had to create a threshold for both sets of doors. Again, a perfect fit. The new doors open and close smoothly, easily, and quietly. We had a third pair of French doors (that used to be the front entry to the house) installed in the living room hallway. Mr. Stanton had to adjust the opening just a little bit on each side, using matching oak and stain. These doors also work effortlessly and add a beautiful new dimension to our home's interior. I would recommend Mr. Stanton for any project that calls for careful consideration of old construction. He is meticulous, honest, pays very close attention to minute details, and he is humorous! :)”

“We hired Mark and his crew to remodel our 20 year old master bath. It is a large space and we wanted a high end look that could appeal to future buyers, but still be our own - all while trying to stay within budget. Mark is great to work with. He's professional and personable. I found him to be very client focused, communicative, reliable, and smart. The work is high quality and he managed to stay on top of all the details that came up, from the design phase to the punch list. It's clear that he enjoys and takes pride in his work. I can trust Mark to do things the right way, like replacing insulation before closing up the walls and ensuring the shower is water tight before tiling. I also appreciate how he and his crew went about demo, by controlling dust and avoiding damage to other areas. Mark has really good, reliable suppliers and trade subcontractors, which gave me the feeling of a seamless experience for this project. I also like that he keeps up with the latest design trends and is creative. We plan on using MK Renovations for our exterior project.”

“Charles Shiver of Chelsea Woodworking has completed a number of projects for us and worked on a number homes in our neighborhood. For us, his work he has spanned a broad range of projects: from minor repairs to finishing an entire lower level. The lower lever improvement project was approximately 900 square feet with: two bedrooms, shower bath, living room and kitchen. We have always found his work to be superb and his willingness to share ideas has resulted in a better finished product. He is happy to work with your concepts and provide ideas for other construction options that could save on time and money. Pride in his work is a standard element when he is handling projects and this sets him apart from other professionals. He takes the time to do it right. Should a complication develop he goes out of his way to help ensure everyone’s understanding of the problem and provides alternatives to solve the issue at hand, giving estimated costs associated with any changes, should they be needed, and gives you the likely consequences of the various options presented. Charles has worked on all types of residential homes. We feel his experience in dealing with with period homes is second to none. We own a 1880’s Queen Anne Victorian.
