“We needed a carpenter to do a couple of jobs in our house. We were recommended Adrian. He was prompt, polite, tidy, efficient and did an excellent job. He re-inforced our stairs, fitted a skirting board and fixed our squeaky floor boards that have been a problem for years. We were very pleased with the results. “As well as general building work I have had a kitchen and library hand made by Concept-Linea. Their workmanship is top class, you could not get better joinery, and their attention to detail second to none. Both projects have also stood the test of time as stand upto robust use. The library is made of bamboo-ply and the result is beautiful and very hard-wearing. They are a very professional outfit who are a pleasure to deal with. I recommend them to anyone looking for something special and standout.”

Not only a highly skilled craftsman, Hugh has the ability to take ideas and inspiration as part of a brief bringing them to life prior to starting work. Hugh’s work is faultless, he has a great work ethic and if that wasn’t enough, he is extremely tidy. I have a very old house with unusual proportions, this has not impeded Hugh in any way and any developments he’s had on the job he has always picked up the phone and talked them through. “We had Oakwood Bespoke Joinery completely remodel our kitchen including outside doors and windows. It was a big job. They were working in solid oak, and did a spectacular job in choosing and matching colour and grain to eye-catching effect. The craftsmanship was superb. The installers were careful and took care of all the little details and snags that came up. It took longer than the estimated time to complete and install the entire kitchen, but we kind of expected that in as complicated job as it was. Communication was good. Courtesy and patience were good. We would happily use them again.”
