We obtained several bids and chose Tim because of his excellent reviews on Angie's List and because he does the work himself and is on site every day. We literally gave him a key to our house and even felt 100% comfortable going out of town for 10 days during the project. We appreciated that he put protective plastic down the very first day, which kept our carpet and other floor surfaces safe from damage. He even passed his entire contractor's discount on the tile on to us. We had one issue with the carpet that left us a bit disappointed initially-- a seam which was slightly visible, though reasonable given the pattern of our carpet. Lauren assured us that the job wasn't finished until we were completely satisfied. She came to our house personally, then found more carpet from the same dye lot and had a major portion pulled up and redone in a different orientation which made the seam invisible. We are very happy with the carpet, and we are extremely impressed with their customer service.”
