While working with Jamie to select the materials that would be used in my complete renovation project. We selected cabinets and hardware at the very beginning of the project. Second, when I called the company and asked for care instructions for my new countertops, someone got right back with me, answered my questions, and sent me a brochure with detailed care instructions. Third, I happened to be at the new house when the installation team showed up. They didn't mind my watching their work, and they were most polite and professional to me while they were working hard to install their beautiful product. Additionally, more than one of them thanked me for my business! I have had to deal with many companies during this new building process, and Coastal has been a high point for me. “Chris and his workers did a excellent job. 1st they installed the backsplash in my kitchen and then installed tile in my 2 spare bedrooms. While doing both jobs they fixed issues from my builder that were not done correctly. This is a new home just closed on 8/25/22. Highly recommend you will not be disappointed.”

“When we picked tile out the company had installers..I told them I wanted someone good. I was still very nervous until I saw how he worked. Everything was perfect. Could not have asked for anyone better. What a perfectionist (of course I am too) In our house he completely redid our shower and tub area, back splash in kitchen and layed hardwood looking tile throughout the house also our front entranceway. We since moved to a condo and he has done our backsplash and lania floor. I would recommend him to anyone”
