“I wanted countertops that were solid in color and wasn't sure what I could find in granite that wasn't busy. I went into the Johnson City location and found just what I was looking for. The sales, template, and install people were all very professional and my kitchen came out great. I am especially impressed with the places where the countertop pieces come together. You can hardly tell they are two separate pieces.”

Our tile was high end natural stone, and they were methodical and hard working, with great attention to detail. As we were choosing our tile, they brought very good ideas to the table that brought together all the elements of the bathroom in a harmonious fashion. “My experience with Appalachian Flooring and Tile has been most positive. They truly listened, understood my taste, and went to extraordinary means to fulfill my every request. Building a custom home has it's challenges . . . matching marbles, selecting tiles, and sorting through hardwood flooring options can be overwhelming. They were there every step of the way. In addition to a fine selection of samples, they were happy to special ordered custom samples when requested. You will find them to be thorough, professional, and quick to respond. Equally important, their pricing was most competitive. It is rare to find a company so committed to customer service with a "can-do" attitude. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them. Photos of the finished product will be posted in April. I am beyond pleased!”
