The layout of our home fits our every need. Even after the sale was complete they continued to honor our 12 month builder warranty (no matter how small the issue) and show our home to prospective clients. “Working with Assured Flooring was a great experience. I met a great deal of the staff and was impressed with each person's knowledge of their specialty. The designers at the Perkins Road location bent over backwards to help coordinate my entire house, from flooring to counter tops, back splash and fireplace surround. The Siegen Road location helped me save more than a few dollars by using "scrap granite" in my bathrooms. Their scrap granite won me a multitude of compliments each time I have shown someone my house. The installers did an exceptional job, especially on my granite counter tops, you cannot see or even find the seams without searching for them. Overall, I would recommend Assured Flooring to anyone looking to build or remodel her home. I compared several flooring stores' prices and Assured beat their prices by a long shot.”

“Did a great install on my kitchen granite but they gave me a hard time about using my own sink, they wanted me to purchase their sink. After being adamant about it they went ahead and installed my sink. The granite came out well but they did not offer any custom edges. Overall I was satisfied with the work but not the installers attitude.”
