“I have never before experienced such exceptional customer service. My project was extremely small. However, I was made to feel as if I was spending a million dollars. J. Lynton Brooke, the owner, took the time to explain the entire process. He made me feel confident that I could master this undertaking and when I ran into difficulty taking measurements, he came on site to make sure that my measurements were accurate. The project turned out AMAZING!!!! Every time I enter my kitchen, I smile and marvel at the beauty of the stainless steel tile. I wish more people conducted business like J. Lynton Brooke. The world would be a much better place! He is the best!”

“You have to go to Tile House if you're remodeling your bathrooms. Great selection of products to choose from and the best prices in metro Atlanta. Much better than Daltile and/or Home Depot. Plus Cindy and Charlie are the best at helping you pick the right product for you and installing them. No one else compares.”

“We worked with Lauren, who was outstanding! We had one issue with the carpet that left us a bit disappointed initially-- a seam which was slightly visible, though reasonable given the pattern of our carpet. Lauren assured us that the job wasn't finished until we were completely satisfied. She came to our house personally, then found more carpet from the same dye lot and had a major portion pulled up and redone in a different orientation which made the seam invisible. We are very happy with the carpet, and we are extremely impressed with their customer service.”
