“We had an orangery built by Mozolowski and Murray and we are absolutely delighted with the result. From the initial visit, the design process, solving planning issues, the build itself up to the final inspection the professionalism and attention to detail was exemplary. We were kept in the loop at every stage through a detailed plan of works and regular contact from the company to ensure that we were happy with progress. All of the workers on site were hard working, friendly and skilled. The craftsmanship of the orangery is excellent and the design fits in perfectly with our original house.”

“My wife and I approached Jackie and Gary from Norm in Summer 2020. We had the idea to build a garden studio that would be big enough for both of us to work in together. They were very flexible with us to design a structure that fit within our budget while not compromising on the quality of materials and finishing. After all the terms were agreed, it was a matter of weeks before the main structure was built and watertight. It was amazing to witness the level of attention to detail and craftsmanship that the team delivered. There were a number of supply challenges because of the pandemic, but they were very professional in dealing with suppliers and always kept us fully informed of any delays and were very pro-active in dealing with any problems. We have been working in the studio for about four months now and it has made a massive difference to our work/life balance. Big thanks to Norm for making the process as effortless as possible.”

“I accepted an estimate from Ideal Windows to replace my conservatory polycarbonate roof with a glass roof. The company were able to advise me professionally on what would suit the existing structure which they fitted almost 10 years ago. Once accepted Ideal Windows kept me in touch re supply and fitting and the work was completed within 7 weeks. The Ideal tradesmen fitting the roof were professional, hardworking and I found it easy to have them around my property for the two days it took to fit the roof. The new glass roof has made the conservatory feel warmer and gives in so much more light. All in all, a good decision. In conclusion, my husband and I have used Ideal Windows for our own home and property renovations over a long period of time. We have always been satisfied with the workmanship.”
