“General Finishes makes great, high quality products! I recently completed a few projects, including a bench, kitchen table, and cabinet using various products. The water-based Milk Paint goes on smoothly and dries without paint lines. It has a great opacity, so it doesn't take very many coats to get good coverage. I've also tried the Gel Stain, which comes in a lot of colors, and it worked like a charm. It doesn't have a strong odor, and it wipes on very easily with little prep work. The colors are vibrant and really compliment the wood tones. I finished all my pieces with High Performance Polyurethane Topcoat, which is also water-based. It dried quickly and left a nice hard coating. I would love to try the water-based wood stains and dye stains as well!”

“We have used Glenn Fredricksen's services for over 15 years. Aside from being an excellent handyman, he built our terrific deck, our entertainment center, our bookcases, and redid a bathroom. His painting skills are creative as well as meticulous. At work, we added a new office which Fred redecorated very nicely. “I recently purchased a home that needed every room painted. My Agent gave me the name of Cutting Edge Coatings as other new homeowners had used them. After making the initial call to arrange for a quote, Steve called me back within 20 minutes and came the next day for a quote. Once they started the job they did an excellent job painting all the rooms. Cleanup of everything was even better. The price I was charged was very fair as I did extensive research on how much I should be paying. I highly recommend Cutting Edge for any painting. I will use them again in the future should I need their services.”

“Thomas Lulinski and his crew painted our house exterior this summer and he was faced with some big problems left for us by previous owners. the work took longer than anticipated due to the problems , but it was done with professional expertise. We believe he studied the problems and came up with a thorough solution. Other painters we contacted suggested some partial solutions. We can't say enough about their approach and care.”
