“We are building our new home which is 8000 sq ft. We bought all our light fixtures, all the plumbing fixtures and kitchen appliances from Ferguson in Memphis TN. They are very professional and thorough in their business dealing. If there was any change of order or price, they dealt with it professionally. The prices were great as well! At first we were under the impression that Ferguson was an expensive store , but it completely changed once they price matched everything. Overall we would give them an A+.”

“This is the absolute best place to go for lighting! Their lines are gorgeous and the customer service is superb. As there is no store in where I live, my transaction was over the phone and internet. Monica in Houston is an incredibly helpful sales associate and deserves the patience medal of honor! She worked long and hard to be sure our lighting was perfect! “We have built three homes in the last 10 years. The lighting in a home is like jewelry, one of the most important features of each room. Lighting fixture selections are very important to the mood of the home and need to be carefully selected. Ronnie, one of the owners, has taken the time for each home to listen and help us select the perfect lighting, taking into consideration not only style, but size and wattage. “I purchased a chandelier from Houzz a few months ago. It was a beautiful piece at a very good price. Assembling it was not straight forward and the instructions were left wanting. However it was like a jigsaw puzzle and we had fun with it. It changed my dining room. there was one piece that did not fit near the very end of the assembly. I emailed Edvivi and got a response almost instantly. They mailed me another crystal ball for the part and the rest is history. I believe that is great service!”
