“This lighting and design store has a huge inventory of products. I purchased 3 kitchen pendant lights and a dining room chandilier. My order came in earlier than expected which was great! . After my pendant lights were hung, i realized they didn't provide enough light. I called the store and asked explained I loved the lights but I didn't realized they were low voltage. I asked if I could purchase a different cylinder or lightbulb? The owner himself told me to return them and pick something that suited my needs better. I offered to pay the restocking fee and chose brighter pendants. This is unheard of! superior customer service at its best. I am excited to hang my new pendants when they arrive. My chandilier is beautiful. I also our chased a bathroom vanity and mirror from their other store, Lite Plus, located in Nanuet, NY. Huge array of lightening, bathroom vanities, and much more.”

“When I was originally contacted by the homeowner, I was asked to help with the Design, specifications and selections for Lighting throughout there New home. The homeowners really liked Murano Glass and wanted there home to emulate an Italian Hotel, but didn't have the experience or eye for such an extravagant, undertaking. After some research, I contacted Murano Imports regarding some dramatic chandeliers. I was greeted by a confident and polite owner, not a salesperson, who was able to answer all my questions without hesitation. After a conference call and consulting with the homeowners, we decided that we would design the lighting, specific to the homeowners needs and have it handcrafted and imported from Venice. A few drawings and glass samples later, we finalized the design's and waited for the stunning results. Eugene, himslf arranged and took care of all the italian translation and communication, including the importing details. At all times, during the entire project, the communication was great, and Eugene was just a phone call away! The end results were and are one of a kind, hand forged and signed, Masterpieces! If you are looking for one of a kind signed, original lighting, Murano imports should be your first and only stop! Thank you Eugene, I'm looking forward to doing it again!”

“I saw Michael's work at the Architectural Digest Show in NYC and purchased one of his wonderful chandeliers. It took approx 8 weeks to receive it and it was well worth the wait. What a beautiful unique piece of art. and it looks fantastic over my bar in my kitchen and is definitely the signature focal piece in the room. Michael called me approx 10 days before its arrival to verify all my shipping information and to let me know when the piece would ship. He was pleasant to speak to each and every time we spoke. The chandelier arrived wrapped perfectly in order to protect all the crystals, the directions were clear for installation and I couldn't be happier. Thanks Michael”
