“We hired SparkWise Electric (they recently changed their name from Max Electric) for two separate jobs, both of which were completed on time and at a reasonable price. Emerson did some needed kitchen rewiring & then hooked up our new electric/induction range (which required rewiring for 240v). And George Z. likewise did a great job installing our new home EV charging station--again, requiring electrical work that we could hardly do ourselves. Actually, that work required a city permit, but that process was smooth, and included a follow-up inspection a week or two afterwards, with George accompanying a city inspector just to make sure everything is indeed up to code and fine. We can definitely recommend these guys for any kind of home electrical job.”

“I have loved working with Karen and really appreciate her expertise and creativity. Her lighting design has transformed our yard into a very special place at night by highlighting the evergreens, dogwoods, plants, and the canopy we have above our property because of the large trees that surround it. Our guests definitely notice the atmosphere that she has created and the quality of her work. In addition to creating beautifully lit surroundings, Karen is very conscientious about fixing any problems you might have. She went out of her way to accommodate us after our landscapers mistakenly cut through a wire and we had out of town guests coming. She wanted the lighting to be working perfectly for their arrival and came over right away to fix it. We are very happy with the job her company has done and have continued to add to our lighting under Karen's expert guidance.”

“Hired this company to service my outdoor up-lighting system. The technician was timely and identified the work to be done. Given the bad weather, he informed me he needed to come back on a given day to finish the work. He did have the office reschedule and he returned as schedule to complete the work. He walked me through the work he had done when he was finished. Very thorough and professional. i would definitely use them again.”

He has such an eye for detail, and each project he lends a unique and fresh approach. He is extremely organized, punctual, and a pleasure to work with, and I can honestly say I have never had such a positive experience in the many projects I have done on my residential homes, and in my capacity as a museum curator. His work and his product are truly museum worthy, and his clientele is very fortunate his services are not only available in the Washington, DC area, but that they are also affordable. His solar light designs are beautiful, and he was so flexible in customizing his products to meet our design needs, as our garden is large and unusually situated - a true challenge. “OI is a great company. They did my outdoor lighting on a complete landscape renovation. They were fabulous to work with. Quality and timeliness of the work were excellent and their customer service is incomparable. They've come out to do maintenance since and their prices are reasonable and they respond very quickly. They recently expended to do irrigation work as well, so I can get maintenance for both lighting and irrigation from one company. My highest recommendation.”
