“Kerry has done landscape designs for us on 2 different houses. We ended up moving, so did not use the 1st one, but at our new house, we loved the design so much, his company did the full landscape install. Kerry is thoughtful about the plants chosen, based on not only how much or how little maintenance the customer wants to do long term with these plants, but also what the right plants are for our North Texas environment. He considers sun/shade, color factors, drainage, fast/slow growth patterns, water usage and many other necessary factors when he creates his designs. He not only includes beautiful landscape designs for plants, but can also develop designs to include pools, waterfalls, fire pits/fireplaces, statues, decks, covered patios, playgrounds and other outdoor features. He is great at follow up! Kerry treats his customers fairly and with integrity and will exceed your expectations.”

“I have used Pro Cut Lawn Care & Landscape for 21 years. This company has provided lawn care service at a very reasonable price during those years. I have relied on their expertise on many occasions concerning landscape issues as well as suggestions for improving my landscaping with new plants and seasonal color. Additionally, this company does all of our sprinkler repair and only last week replaced our controller with a more up to date model. They respond to my phone inquiries quickly and over the years seem like family. I recommend this company highly.”

“Brent Alford did a beautiful job with the landscaping surround out home. He was very helpful through the design with lots of good ideas, and materials we didn't think of using. After the job was completed, he continues to maintain the landscape and routinely checks on any deficiencies. He is always accessible by phone or email with a quick response time. We highly recommend him for your home projects!”

“I am so happy to recommend Lori and Michael from 1 Design Group. We hired them to totally remake our small backyard and we’re completely blown away. Them and their entire team are honest, hardworking, brilliant at design and execution and complete experts at their craft — the total package. We’ve worked with contractors who were awful, but this was such a wonderful experience, start to finish. Plus, we became friends along the way. They really are just incredible people. Oh! And they easily met the deadline we had in place for a huge baby shower we’re throwing. “Bryce Bartlett and his crew worked miracles on our backyard. Bryce was on time, knowledgeable, and got the job done exactly when he said he would. The crew was thorough and my yard was immaculate when they finished the work. I am very impressed with Bryce and the product. We do have a dog and the turf is not an issue. “Justin and his group built us a new patio and a board on board fence for our home. The patio included stamped concrete, new roof (hio and lean- to tied into our existing roof), brick work and more. I like that Justin worked with me to try and keep the project within my budget. I had no issues with permits. The workers were on time and the workmanship was great. I would recommend Justin and his group to others.”

“A few years ago we had a pool built in our backyard and Star of Texas provided the design and installation for all of the landscaping around the pool and surrounding areas. They were wonderful to work with and very flexible when changes in the pool design required changes in the landscape plan. Bryan also provided us with a detailed design drawing and even provided alternative choices for different areas to help us fit within our budget constraints. He also chose plants native to our area that were drought/heat resistant and very low maintenance. Our landscaping has grown quickly and naturally providing us with a beautiful background that we enjoy year-round!”
