They were friendly and professional from start to finish and we’re really happy with the quality of the work. “Connor managed the team who constructed one of my Japanese garden designs near Ringwood, Dorset. Once we had agreed the hard landscaping materials he clearly laid out his plan for the construction and throughout the project kept me informed of any changes to the plan. He carefully went through my design with me at key points and this resulted in an accurate representation of my design. Whenever there were queries or unexpected issues he checked with me before instructing his team on how to proceed. He developed a good working relationship with both me and the client and was easily contactable to discuss progress and arrange onsite visits to check on the construction. The client was extremely pleased with the finished garden and I look forward to working with him in the future.”
