“We are absolutely thrilled and so thankful we picked Teserra Outdoor living for our project!! From the moment we met Kenny, we knew we were going with Teserra. As we described our wish list for our yard...he listened intently and immediately began filling it in, fleshing it out, giving suggestions, options, creative thoughts about our space....he made it come to life for us as he described what they were going to do in exacting detail...to make our dream yard a reality for our family. We couldn't wait to sign our contract!! Kenny designed our project, brought drawings and even had a professional artist do a video rendering of our job so we could better understand the elevations and scope of each element. The design was and is "Award Winning"!! I have nothing but praise for Gary, our project foreman. Garys reassuring presence daily at our job site...allowed for us to ask questions, seek advice and benefit from his many, many, many years of building pools and outdoor spaces as we began selecting our stone, tile, pebbletech, concrete colors, coping material, etc... Gary's calm, steady demeanor is exactly what we needed during such a giant undertaking. Edmundo and his crew....the tile, stone, retention wall builders...are TOP notch!! They worked steady from 7:00 am to 4:00 everyday...until our retention walls, firepit, flagstone, stairs, coping were done and absolutely perfect!! No disappearing act for days at a time from these guys, just solid, steady, work until it was done. I am beyond grateful we selected Teserra Outdoor Living for our project. I highly recommend them and would gladly show our yard off to anyone considering hiring Teserra. Thank you Kenny and Gary. “I hired Marc and his team to take care of the landscape maintenance for our yard after we had completely redone our front and back yards. Marc was extremely responsive after we initially spoke and came by our house for a thorough discussion regarding his services and his thoughts on what we'd need to keep our yard healthy. Since that point, his teams have always been on time and hard working every week that they are here. In addition, Marc has provided some input on upkeep options that I can do on my own that would save our family on cost.”

“Carlos and his amazing team did a full remodel of our backyard including installation of a pool, deck, pergola, outdoor kitchen, fencing, retaining wall and more. It was our dream that we planned for a few years and Carlos and his team did an amazing job. I couldn't give Carlos and his team higher praises. They were incredibly professional, meticulous and even months after our project has been completed have made themselves available to help with any questions or concerns or fix any small detail that we can come up with. I've heard horror stories from many friends doing backyard renovations and I can honestly say that we had no issues. I would highly recommend Carlos and QS Construction for any exterior construction and landscaping needs.”

“I just bought my first house - a definite fixer-upper - and quickly learned how important it is to find someone you can really trust with working on an intimate, personal space like your home. Nancy is that someone. I actually found her on Yelp and thought, "Well, she has five stars... let's see why." She deserves every single one of them. She was fantastic at working with me on the budget, she finished everything exactly when she said she would, and responded to any questions I emailed within hours of me sending them - and I sent A LOT of emails. (Yep, I can be high-maintenance.) She knows plants and taught me a heck of a lot of stuff I didn't know, and she also did a really good job of listening to my own needs - something almost no other contractors have done. The couple times things haven't been quite right - for example when a bougainvillea died after a week - she came back and fixed it immediately. Most important, though, the work she does is spectacular. My front and back yards were a mess of concrete and dead, old plants. That crap is all gone, and in its place is a gorgeous colorful garden with a quaint stone path that runs from one end to another. It's like something out of a fairytale, and I enjoy walking through it every single night when I get home from the office. At first I was thinking of trying to landscape this project myself - after all, just a few plants, right? But it's so, so much more complicated than that. Now that it's done, there's not a day goes by that I'm not thrilled I hired Nancy to make my gardening dreams come true.”

“I hired Frankie at MDM Masonry to do my hardscape, landscaping, and outdoor lighting. I had travertine installed throughout my entire exterior and balconies, led lights installed throughout my yard, and my entire landscaping redone. He's very knowledgable about travertine and will answer any questions or concerns you have about which stone to use for your property. His work exceeded my expectations, and I couldn't be more pleased. He is a perfectionist and made sure I was completely happy with all the work he completed. He works very hard and is easily one of the best contractors I've hired.”
