“I am really happy with my new sofa from Modode! I ordered it to go to my library, and it fits perfectly. It arrived sooner than expected, which was great. I ordered it in grey, and I think it is definitely a true light grey. The price point was great, and the quality so far seems exceptional. It is comfortable to sit on, and I have lounged on it while reading a book. Just need to add some throw pillows to make it complete! “Everyone should purchase a couch from Maiden Home! We recently purchased the Sullivan couch and everything from the ordering process to delivery has been a truly wonderful experience. What makes Maiden Home stand apart is the transparency and customer service, not to mention the quality product. After submitting our order, we were told the exact week the couch would be ready (lots of companies just give you an estimate, Maiden Home actually gives you more detailed timing and lived up to it). We were also updated on the status of the couch throughout the process and then contacted once the couch was ready for delivery. How great is that! The couch is honestly one of the most comfortable couches I have sat on, not to mention the quality -- the - way hand tied springs is something you usually get at higher price points. We even received a hand written thank you note from the owner after purchasing -- even though Maiden Home is an "online store" it feels very much like a mom and pop store that truly cares about its customers and wants to deliver a top quality product.”
