“My wife and I spent many months looking for the right display TV unit for our lounge room. We had removed a fireplace and had a fixed space to work with and no one except Ambrose Furniture could or would spend the time and effort working with us to give us exactly what we needed. The attention to detail was excellent and the end result was just right. We met many times, the guys did numerous 3D renders, specs and quotes as we continued to massage it to meet our needs. We even met the foreman of the factory at certain stages just to ensure everyone was on the same page. We also required a couple of shelves to be adjustable and to have some strip lighting to a couple of our feature items. They sourced this and routed a couple of channels under the lip so that the strip could not be seen at all. The lighting consultant they used, Life LED Lighting was also very flexible and knowledgeable. We are now having a coffee table (with a shelf below), designed and built by Ambrose as it seems yet again, what we want, which is quality solid timber in the stain we want, just is not available in the general furniture market. Just as an aside, we had previously had Ambrose Furniture build 2 dining tables of different lengths but the same width so we could butt them up for big family occasions. This was many years ago, so we were very happy to find that they had not gone out of business, just relocated to New Farm.”

“West End Co sourced a 3x4 meter rug for us based on a specific colour palette. We have worked with many vendors on an office fit out and they were by far the best communicators. They were very pro active on concerns and rang the morning of the delivery to ensure everything was smooth. We had previously chatted to other rug companies but West End Co stood out for their commitment and 'can do' attitude.”

“We recently had One Tree Studio custom design an outdoor lounge using wooden pallets and the finish product has certainly exceeded our expectations! We knew we wanted something a bit different for our new home’s rooftop terrace. From the consultation and design phase, to the delivery and installation of the lounge, Susan and Mike from One Tree Studio were fantastic! Susan met with me to consult on design ideas. Her suggestions considered the layout and dimensions of our space, as well as the westerly aspect. Their communication regarding what to expect (a computer generated design was drawn up), time frame, payment options and delivery was seamless. The finished product is a perfect construction of our ideas. It is only now awaiting the arrival of the cushions, so that we can start to enjoy relaxing and entertaining on our terrace. Thank you Susan and Mike for crafting this unique piece of furniture for us.”

We needed some specialised hangers to be able to display our perspex artworks in a number of retail showroom and tradeshow environments, and PHS accommodated by providing a bespoke solution. Their Locator Extra system is contemporary, low profile and, combined with our looped end hangers, has provided us with the flexible solution we needed to be able to re-hang artworks with minimal fuss. Prompt and courteous customer service from Luke and Kirk every time - highly recommended.”

“Our design firm has specified Scandiluxe’s Bathroom Range for two projects now. Both have quite different aesthetics and yet these products work beautifully with each. I’ve not seen anything else like these on the market - they’re elegantly designed, finely crafted, and bring the sort of warmth we’re always looking for in our bathroom designs.
