Not only does Susan have a beautiful showroom that I can bring my clients to but she is a delight to work with. Susan knows the ins and outs of several high end furniture manufacturers and she is also very helpful when I need to find specific pieces. She is prompt with RFQ's and gives excellent customer service. This is what sets her apart from other showrooms in the Atlanta area, her ability to cater to designers. “I ordered a TV counsel with this company. It was much cheaper on their website than others. Right away when I ordered the counsel I was charged on my visa but I did not receive shipping info. I called them numerous times and was told it was coming. after three weeks it was shipped to me. This company does things a little differently than most, they don't have customer service, it seems they just have people working in the warehouse that just answer the phone, that is probably why their prices are so low. They were always nice to me and they worked with me. When you call them you just hear music on the phone but stay on the line and someone will pick up. When the furniture is delivered make sure you completely check it out, if you don't like it don't except it.”
