If you are looking for high-quality handcrafted products, contact Urban Wood Goods. We loved their stools, wine rack and Chicago skyline coasters and table but if budget would have allowed, we would have furnished our whole store with Urban Wood Goods materials.”

“We had Beth Spangenberg pick out new living room high back chairs to upgrade our living room. We had dining room arm chairs mixed in with our sofa dual facing sofas. She is a fabulous interior designer and our living room is now complete. The chairs are CR Laine chairs. She even added a leather ottoman table/footrest. We are looking to have them do custom window blinds this spring.”

It was one of his first projects and it has held up beautifully throughout all the years. We expect to keep it for many more. “I was impressed with the friendliness and knowledge of the staff. I appreciated that they listened to my needs, yet also helped me to see new ways of combining furniture and fabrics . Designer Sara was fabulous to work with and I look forward to having her help me select complementary pieces in the future. I felt the prices were very competitive. Friends who have seen the new furniture all want to know where I bought it and I am happy to say, " Go check out Biltrite.' My only criticism is that your print ads do not reflect the selection and quality of your furniture. I am so glad that I came in "just to look" and discovered all of the amazing pieces you have on display.”

“When I told one of my friends my husband and I were spending the weekend in Lake Geneva, she said "you HAVE TO go to the new Brick and Mortar Home and Outdoor"! What a great find! First of all, the building's exterior and interior is beautiful and sophisticated, with a unique winding staircase connecting the three levels. The staff greeted us warmly and explained what was on each floor and what the current sales were (apparently there are always items on sale). What's really great about this store is the wide array of home furniture and decor displayed, all at affordable prices! We have been looking for a new rug for a year and found a beautiful one there we ordered that day! It was 25% off the retail price and was delivered within 3 weeks! We are going back to meet with one of their interior designers on staff to order a sofa sectional. I have a feeling this is our new "go-to" design shop!!”
