That's when we contracted The Stair Repair to build a custom built-in suited to our direct needs. The finished product was stunning and the quality of craftsmanship was remarkable. “We had a fantastic experience with this company - from beginning to end the customer service was excellent. We were renovating our attic, with a tight space for stairs, and the salesperson Daniel was so helpful in reviewing the exact dimensions, and looking at the "space" via Skype, to make sure we purchased the correct product, and utilized the space to maximum benefit. Daniel sent two of his installers to check the site, and advise on installation options when they were in our area for another project. Rob was great and you can tell they really enjoy what they do. We switched out an iron stair rail with wood and ended up having to have something custom made. I would definitely recommend them.”
