“After our last storm there were wet water spots all over my living room and I had feared the worst - J&M came promptly and found the issues and addressed them immediately - before I knew it I had a complete roof replacement and I was only out of pocket my deductible - the insurance process I thought would be long and drawn out and I really didn't want to deal with it but I didn't feel a thing! The office staff handled everything - the project manager met with the adjuster - I received a check from the insurance company - J&M called me with an installation date and it was done exactly how they promised - with quality materials, an experienced crew, a workmanship warranty and a 50 year warranty on the shingles! I couldn't of asked for a better outcome from a traumatic situation! I would recommend J&M Roofing Services to all my family member, friends and neighbors.
