“Three weeks after purchasing my new house I had a waterfall coming down the inside wall during a rain. Senez roofing came out within a day and found the flashing around the fireplace needed to be repaired. The leak had damaged the plywood decking and would need to be replaced as well. Since the roof would have to be replaced within a few years, they were wonderful and patched it for the time being. A few months later they replaced the roof and the damaged plywood. Everyone I dealt with, (the owner, the supervisor and the workers), were professional, on time and a pleasure to work with. As it were, a month later I had another small leak in the the same area. they assured me it wasn't the new roof and once again they came right out. Turns out it was minor and had nothing to do with their work, it was the chimney itself. Instead of referring me to someone else, he climbed the ladder and did it himself, at no charge!! I haven't had any problems with it since. I would highly recommend Senez Roofing.”
