“I rarely have an experience with a company that is so exceptional that I am compelled to write a review but our experience with Double G Construction was so good that I need to let everyone know that there are still businesses out there that go the extra mile to take care of their clients. We called Double G Construction for a quote for a new roof. They responded promptly and Steve came to our house inspected our roof and provided an estimate. He insisted that someone from his company should be there when our insurance adjuster came to inspect the roof to see if it was covered under insurance and due to this we were able to get our roof expenses covered under our policy. They came when they said and finished in one day. When Steve followed up with me to make sure everything looked good, I let him know that the roof looked good but that the installers had bent the gutter guards which wasn’t allowing the bottom of the shingles to lay flat. He said that was not acceptable and replaced all of our gutter guards with new gutter guards which completely solved the problem and took care of any issues. We were blown away by their commitment to quality, on time installation and complete customer service and satisfaction. I would highly recommend Double G Construction for any roofing work. We are very pleased.”
