“I have used the services of Precision Gutters on four different occasions in the past. The first time was after heavy snow broke one of the gutter clips. The second time was to seal corners that were leaking. Third time was to clean gutters inside and out. And most recently to install another clip where the gutter had started to sag and check for any clogged drains. In all instances, I was impressed firstly by the customer service provided over the phone. I was provided with a date and time for the work to be completed. On one occasion, the technician was delayed a few days and I was contacted by the technician not only to let me know about the delay, but he also called again to let me know when he would be arriving. They do a great job and I would not hesitate to recommend this company.”

“We hired Landmark Roofing to replace our house and garage roofs. He went above and beyond, even coming out on a Sunday to conduct the estimate, and returning later that day to deliver a professional and detailed bound quote. Once we engaged his firm, they arrived on time, and completed the work on schedule, despite the weather. His team were courteous, and efficient, and David was onsite every day to check on the progress and address any issues. After almost a year, we had a concern in the attic, and he came out and check it for us. Turned out to be unrelated to the roof, but his advice and promptness allowed us to take the necessary actions to prevent any damage. I would highly recommend David and Landmark Roofing to anyone.”

“I had a corner seam on my gutter that separated and was leaking into the gutters below. I contacted several companies, including one that did the install 14 years ago on our new house, but they all said we don’t do repairs (really then why do you advertise that you do!). Abraham, was quick to respond within a couple of hours of placing a call. We had to reschedule several times due to heavy rains, but as soon as the sun shined he was texting me with a time. I was very pleased with the service and pricing. I highly recommend them! Abraham truly understands the importance of delivering an outstanding customer service and how it relates to building loyal customers. Without question, I will be calling Abraham and his team at Whonnock Roofing anytime I need help with anything roof related, and am 100% confident in recommending them to anyone.”

“I found BestWest Roofing through friends. A squirrel ripped a hole in our roof during the rainiest week in Vancouver. I called BestWest Roofing in the evening and they came the next morning to see if they could fix the leak. They did, and asked if I wanted a quote on my roof. Brock was the one that did the quote. He gave me a breakdown of all the costs and gave me alternative options for costs savings. We were able to book the job while my family and I were out of town. When we came back home, a new roof was on our house, but there was no evidence that any construction had been done on our property; the yard was clean, and there was no old roof garbage. It was such a nice surprise. The investment of a new roof an be costly but I totally feel like I got my money's worth and then some with BestWest Roofing.”

“Excellent job, we couldn’t be more pleased. We called On Top for a leak in our roof during a snow fall. Jason and his crew arrived a short time after our call. The necessary repairs were done in the snow to get us over the holidays. The crew was back right after the holidays as they said they would be to replace the roof. The crew was very polite, efficient and worked very hard from start to finish. When the crew finished the clean-up not one nail or bit of debris was left behind. The quality of workmanship was outstanding. Jason gave us an estimate and was true to his word, there were no hidden costs, he even threw in little extras at no charge. If you need a roof repair or a new roof On Top is the company you definitely want.”

“Sean and his partner from Pro Image Gutters showed up at my place on a Thursday morning with no advance preparation beyond getting a call late the night before. They removed my old gutters and downspouts, and installed the new ones in less than a day. I don't know what customers of other gutter companies might complain about because there were absolutely no hassles. The work was done a 40 year old stucco house, and I personally have been all around it so I know that they didn't leave any problems to be discovered later. Moreover all the simple details were done right. Gutter segments were joined neatly, good screws were used.”
