“Sine’s flooring of Cobourg and Brighton installed dark oak hardwood flooring in our living - dining room , kitchen , spacious upper hallway and 4 bedrooms , after their workers first removed the existing flooring materials . The flooring installation was excellent ; the work went smoothly , was timely and and looks lovely . Larry Sine , manager and co- owner was always congenial and available if we needed to speak with him . The contract price was good and we would recommend this company without any hesitation .”

“My small basement was in desperate need of renovation. Honestly, it was gross and I dreaded even going walking through it (to get to the backyard). Although small, it was made into a basement apartment with small kitchen, bathroom & bedroom. I wanted to renovate by removing the kitchen & shower & creating a rec room with a space to exercise. Didn’t seem like a big deal and a simple job. I contacted a few reno companies however, they either wouldn’t accept the job because it was too small or were overpriced. A colleague mentioned Simpson Built Flooring Solutions and the great work Colin did on their flooring. So decided to contact & meet Colin. After the meeting, it was clear that I would trust my gross basement/reno job to Colin. From estimate through to completion, Colin kept me informed of each step, updated costs (if we agreed to it), provided options and worked hard to complete the project on time. Colin did a great job! I’m extremely happy with my rec room & do not ‘dread’ going down there. It’s comfortable & I’m confident in the quality of work Colin did. I still get complaints from everyone about the transformation. If I have another job, I will contact Colin first. Highly recommend Simpson Built Flooring Solutions & Colin!”

“New Ridge Refinishing is an amazing organization. They were easy to deal with. Their work is impeccable. They refinished my living room dining room parquet floor in my condominium. They stained my floor twice because I did not find the stain dark enough. They are clean. They do a great job and they also are very accommodating. “After much searching on the internet and visiting showrooms and trade shows, we finally settled on Wide Plank Oak from Neue Floors. Being very picky about quality and careful about how we spend our money it took us a long time to decide. Our top criteria was looks, but also very important were durability and price. This product had all 3. The light colour completely transformed the room we were renovating. This was exactly what we were hoping for. With a hint of grain (so you know it was real wood) this bright floor now attracts more people to the room. We did have a couple of options from other vendors but we chose Neue Floors because of their professionalism, service and knowledge about the wood itself as well as the overall industry. We were amazed at all the information they provided us: from global environmental impacts to healthy houses. We are happy we chose this floor!”
