“LOVED working with this company, especially Kim! We had a emergency flooring situation the week of Thanksgiving. Good-luck finding anyone who could fit you in their schedule that week! But with one phone call, they jumped in and assessed the situation, and then made several great recommendations. They quickly got the flooring measured, ordered, and installed. Kim offered a forward-thinking design plan that would help us not only address the current situation, but help us plan for the future. She was very personable, quick to respond to phone calls, and came by personally to check on the work while it was going on. That is A+++ customer service. They are truly professionals, employing installers with many years service and experience with the company for each type of flooring. They always appear when expected, get the job done efficiently, leave the space clean. Sales and installation staff communicate knowledgeably and respectfully. If a problem arises, they take immediate action to satify. I would never hesitate to highly recommend Trinity Floor Company to anyone. “Upward Flooring helped me transform an older fixer upper into the home of our dreams. We love our floors, and apparently we are not alone. Noone walks through our door without complimenting them. The company was helpful and patient with me while I selected my choice, but kicked it into high gear as soon as that choice was made. They were completed, cleaned, and done in no time. Infact, it only took one day, but my house is small. We are adding on soon and I will definitely be calling Upward Floors again. I highly recommend.”
