“LOVED working with this company, especially Kim! We had a emergency flooring situation the week of Thanksgiving. Good-luck finding anyone who could fit you in their schedule that week! But with one phone call, they jumped in and assessed the situation, and then made several great recommendations. They quickly got the flooring measured, ordered, and installed. Kim offered a forward-thinking design plan that would help us not only address the current situation, but help us plan for the future. She was very personable, quick to respond to phone calls, and came by personally to check on the work while it was going on. That is A+++ customer service. “When we decided we wanted to install wood flooring we did a lot of on-line shopping to see which local companies had the best reviews. To be honest, not many had even average reviews. We stopped by Simmons Flooring on a Saturday around 2:00 in the afternoon to find Siegfried in the store. Little did we know, they we not open, and Siegfried was there to meet a client. He said, "No problem, come on in and let me see what I Can find for you." We were surprised he let us stay in the store and shop a while. After looking at other stores, and getting another quote, we decided to use Simmons Flooring, and we are very happy with our new wood floors. Siegfried brought in Jose and his crew to install our floors as well as new baseboards, and they did a fantastic job. We had a rotted out sill on the exterior of our home and they repaired it as well, which ended up looking brand new. If you are in the Denton area and are looking for a company to install your wood floors, call Simmons Flooring and ask for Siegfried.”

“We had the best experience with Factory Flooring Liquidators from the showroom where we picked samples which is always so hard. I emailed our plans to them for measurements and ordered! The pricing was very competitive and fair. We worked with the owner who could not have been more kind, professional and FAIR! Installers were awesome as well! All around great job! We had our whole house done in hardwoods and will be having them come out to do the kitchen and bathroom counter tops/back splash!”
