“Stephen guided us in the selection of carpeting and flooring, working within the parameters we set. Without the guidance the selection could be overwhelming. Stephen provided us with substantial samples of our first choices so we could see how they looked in place in various lighting. He then scheduled a visit to our home to discuss some choices we need to make re transitions between flooring and to measure for the estimate. Receiving the estimate took a bit longer than I would have preferred but it was acceptable, but I am not privy to his work load during the interim. He then walked us through the contracts, answering various questions and, at my request, promptly printing out and then emailing the diagram of our floor plan for the installation. I would work with him again and recommend Stephen to others.”

“I redid my office a few months ago and was stuck on flooring - just couldn't decide what would look right in the relatively small space. I went to Pierce Carpet Mill and was helped by ALY ROSENBERG who was extremely knowledgeable and awesome! She was the perfect combination of available, helpful, and honest, but never pushy or intrusive. She traveled out to my home to measure the space, gave me honest input and feedback, and was endlessly patient as I returned to the store many times to pick up new samples and drop off borrowed ones before finally making a decision. I highly recommend Aly for helping you with any flooring needs. When I tackle the next project I will definitely be returning for her assistance.”

“I can't say enough good things about these guys. Let's start with the selection process. I called 3 companies. These guys impressed me with their speedy return phone call, their follow ups and with having someone come to the house that day to give me an estimate. I was flexible with my dates since I live here so they worked with me and had great communication. I had to cancel one time and they had a sooner date another and the scheduling went smoothly thanks to such great contact. When they showed up to sand the floors, they were nice and friendly. The boys who did the work were polite and professional. We had to do a few last minute things and they were willing to work around us and were very patient. The next day when they came to finish sanding they went right to work and again were patient as we were running late. They were easy going and were able to stay focused. Now to the finished product. We didn't not expect such a phenomenal outcome. It was smooth and perfect. Little scrapes and marks were completely erased. The finish was beautiful and I felt as if we had put in brand new floors instead of just a refinish job. You should feel confident in hiring Harbour Hardwood Floors for their professionalism, their quality and they will give you an honest estimate (they were spot on by the way). Quite simply the best experience.”

“I live in a modest townhouse in big Sky and contacted GVFC1 for help in replacing builder quality carpet with hardwood floors in my downstairs area. In other words, this was not a gold mine for GVFC1. However, not only did their rep, Stefan Goerges, come to our place multiple times ( a long drive!) to make sure we saw plenty of samples and chose the perfect wood, he was/is the most polite, professional, well-informed and genuinely nice service professional I have ever dealt with in over three decades as a homeowner. He arranged to have one of GVFC1s top installers, Zeb, install our floor and Zeb was phenomenal - perfect execution, timely, polite. Honestly, I am almost sad to have the project complete because I so much enjoyed working with Stefan (Zeb too!). I could not recommend them highly enough.”
