“We are in the process of renovating our house, one of the projects was removing ceramic tile and carpet that the previous owners had installed. We shopped around for the best prices and quality for hardwood floors and LL had both!! The staff at the store was great and we were even more impressed with the contractors who removed the tile and carpet. The new hardwood floors will be installed within the month!!”

“My husband and I did ALOT of research when selecting a flooring company to handle hardwoods, new carpet & vinyl tile. We had about 15 companies come out to measure and discuss options. Bobby at House of Carpet was the ONLY person that spent extra time walking around our home and pulling back the carpet to determine what we were actually dealing with. Several other companies came out and quoted us without truly understanding what would be required. When all of the quotes came in, we were stunned to find that House of Carpet was also the most competitive. We hired them to do our floors and are so glad that we did! They did an amazing job and kept us informed throughout the entire process. Thank you so much Bobby, we are still staring at the floors!!!”

“Lockwood has done several jobs for us over the last 3 1/2 years since we bought our home and I would not use anyone else. Starting with Travis, who is the representative for Lockwood that will do the estimate right through to the guys that come out to do the actual job, Lockwood has a team that we have enjoyed working with who are professional, accommodating and just a pleasure to work with. We have learned through having them do work for us that we can expect the very best finished job. We fully intend to hire them again soon to re-carpet our remaining 2 bedrooms.”

“We replaced all the flooring in the downstairs with hickory hardwood, cork in the kitchen, and also replaced our stairs with hickory treads and risers. In addition, we had a custom circular rug made, as well as a runner for the stairs. Jack's crew did a fantastic job! We had the hickory laid on the diagonal, which takes extra work and skill, and it came out great! There were a few issues with the stairs (the manufacturer made several mistakes) but Jack was right there the whole way through to keep things on track and make it right. Throughout the process, Jack & company were responsive, above board, and professional. You couldn't ask for a better team for both professionalism and quality of work!”
