“Heidelberg did a great job with my floor. It is my favorite thing in my house, I think I appreciate it even more because it almost didn't happen. I had looked at tons of samples, and had narrowed it down, but it wasn't until I got in touch with Heidelberg that I found exactly what I wanted. Unfortunately, that meant I didn't have much time to get my floor. Ryan at Heidelberg was incredibly helpful. He showed me the best customer service, always answering my questions, and making sure I got my floor on time. I had a great experience working with Heidelberg, and continue to enjoy my floor everyday.”

“What a talented group of Flooring Guys! The Movers had scratched two of the hardwood boards In the center of our entryway. I called several flooring stores in the area that all suggested having the whole entryway redone and that was the best they could do. It seemed like no one was up for the challenge of taking two boards out and replacing them with new. The owner of the moving company suggested I call Tmk Flooring Medic a company he had found online. They came out the very next day! These guys are awesome and very good spirited as they let me watch my first, and hopefully only Hardwood floor surgery. The best out of all of this mess and the main reason for my comment is- Mr Kaufman the owner of Flooring Medic got on the phone and arranged for the movers to pay him directly. I was literally Floored!”

“We went to the sawmill and selected some samples to take to our home which we planned to remodel. We selected hickory wood with a satin finish. The order took about 3 weeks to complete, the material was delivered to our home, the wood flooring has been installed in our kitchen, dining room, office and two hallways. It looks great!! The floor has been in our home for over 3 years and still looks as good as the day it was installed. We would recommend this company to any considering investing in wood flooring.”
