After initial contact to discuss a master bath remodel project, Nick was at the house in a matter of days to take measurements and help us plan the job. We visited the well-stocked Richmond Avenue showroom to pick our materials and were given a written quote before we left, as it had been prepared, pending tile selection. The work started exactly on schedule and the installation team was on time, friendly and clean. Their attention to detail was exceptional.
