We were kept fully informed during the construction and shipping. The doors quality and craftsmanship is clear, the fit excellent. I installed the doors myself and worked very closely on the doors and inspected them thoroughly without any issues. These are truly old world, hand crafted quality and appearance. “Our house came with a pre-installed linear gas fireplace with no surround. For two years, I tried to convince myself that it was modern and that I would get used to it, but I never did. All the while, I had Studio Design Works' Malibu fireplace photo pinned to my inspiration board. I finally took the plunge a few weeks ago and called for a consultation.... BEST DECISION EVER! Wayne, the owner, responded quickly and came to discuss color and sizing options. Within days, he sent a CAD rendering along with the proposal for a custom mantel, surround, and hearth. Three weeks after accepting the estimate, Arturo and another installer arrived. They were incredibly careful and detail oriented, protecting our floors with paper and drop cloths. The amount of time Arturo spent getting every surface straight and level was heroic. The outcome was absolute perfection. My only regret...not calling Wayne two years earlier!!”
