“Fernando and team did a complete overhaul of my 5000 square foot property. They installed a sophisticated drainage system, graded the property, built a multi path paver pathway, 2 patios, lighting, 2 stairways and finished it off with lawn, mulch and nice plants everywhere. They gave a very competitive price and we’re not just racing to get it done. They were detail oriented and put extra effort into perfecting details. They all were very nice people too. I strongly recommend them for hard/land scape work.”

“Our basement had flooding due to exessive rainfall. We did not want to revisit soggy stinky carpets so we decided to go with polished concrete. Dave from Alternative Surfaces made a special trip to our home to do an assessment and recommendation. When the company arrived they took care to protect my home from dust. They sanded and polished my old concrete floor making it look like new. We were very pleased with the result. If you are planning to apply a sealer, I recommend doing it when you are able to keep the windows open.”

“Joseph did an excellent job on our cultured stone fireplace. He selected each stone by its color and shape to make a very pleasing appearance. He was also careful to keep us informed of his time table, when he would be doing what and what would be noisy or a bit messy. Overall he did his best to interrupt the household as little as possible, finish up on time and produce a beautiful fireplace. We can highly recommend him!”
