Patrick LeCours came to do the estimate and we were not only thoroughly impressed with how knowledgeable he was but how well he explained the procedure and that he would do the job correctly. If we were to sell our home, we were confident that the foundation would pass inspection, which was extremely important to us. Once hired, Patrick's crew and staff were professional and always kept us abreast of the process and what exactly was needed once the excavation was done. “I hired Stone Master to do an interlocking stone patio in my front garden. First impressions: Frank Marrello, owner came by to look at the property. He was punctual, polite, calm and respectful and very professional without being arrogant or a know it all. I had met several contractors before hiring Stone Master and found that as a woman, sometimes contractors try to take adventage of you. Frank, was wonderful and the price was very reasonable. He listened to all of my requirements and concerns and the finished product was far beyond any of my expectations. I found the quality of his work to be excellent, he did not cut any corners and took the time needed to do the job right the first time. I found that no matter how big or small the job was, he treated it with respect and importance. Also, the property was left after all of the renos in spick and spand shape. He also came back for a follow-up to make sure I was satisfied and he truly was a great listenner (a section of flowers was planted in memoriam of a family member who had past away) and he saved the flowers and transplantted them in a different section of the garden. I was truly touched. I would hire him, any day, any time, without hesitation. He is a master of his craft and is of rare quality.”
