“The customer service at Ideal is amazing! My project started when I accidently walked into their show room in Waltham & saw a paver I thought looked nice. I needed a new patio anyway so I talked to a sales person & they were fantastic. I talked to a delightful man named Myles & he walked me through EVERY STEP of the project so I knew what to expect. When I figured out I was in a little bit over my head Myles gave me the business cards of a few contractors in my area. The contractors they provided were all so professional & friendly, they were a joy to work with. (I felt bad I could only chose one).
