“My husband and I are pleased to review and highly recommend our artist, Tom from Wow Effects. He is the most professional home interior decorator that we have ever met for painting. His attention to detail is incredible, we have no qualms recommending him to any employer for any artistic paint job. He had a vision for what we had described that was actually more accurate than we could have come up with on our own. He offers inspired suggestions. He did an artistic faux finish with an antique, old-world but spa-like feel in our master bedroom and bath.
