“I had always considered having properties staged previously, but the budget could never stretch that far. However, based upon my experience of how well the process went and the above asking price that was achieved due to the property being staged so well, I feel it is now a necessity to stage any future empty property sale as the extra interest brought by the property being dressed so well, raised the offers over asking price and more than covered the initial cost of the staging. Holly and her team at Stage to sell provided us a with a tailored made house dressing to suit the property at a cost we were more than happy with.
