“I hired Closets By Design to install closet systems in 5 closets. My designer, Deb Cantrall, responds quickly and with great enthusiasm! Every closet was equally important to her in the design process and she eagerly offered multiple options to maximize space & utility/functionality. At every turn, she carefully listened to my needs/wants ideas and took notes and measurements and pictures. She then offered at least 2 design choices within my budget. Clearly she loves her work and enjoys working with people and possesses a "no project is too small" to do attitude. I will be hiring her soon to design my laundry room and garage storage. She is a delight to work with.”

Ashley did an excellent job designing (and re-designing, based on my ideas) a solution to fit my space. Robert and Alboro did a great job installing the closet. They were meticulous in what they did, and they left the place spotless when they were finished. Very pleased overall.”

“Tailored Living most recently built a beautiful Murphy Bed wall unit in my condo. But as background I hired this vendor in 2009 to design/build 3 closets in my condo. The owner worked hours with me on the design/specs for that project as well as the murphy wall resulting in a clear view (via CAD) of what I envisioned before construction. Some of my requirements were unique, a challenge, but he met them. Working with the owner on colors and style - not just function - was really fun. The closets and wall unit were such a hit in my building that I have people calling to ask to see them. We even had an open house to showcase TL's work, giving them more business and creating more happy customers. The work and the business is top-rate quality and I would highly recommend them for any project.”

“My family and I hired Mercia and her company when my dad passed away. We needed to downsize my parents home as well as pack whatever my mom wanted to take as she was moving in with me. Organizations Solutions did an outstanding job! Mercia, the owner of the company, is both personable and professional. “I generally do not give Web endorsements but this is truly an exception. In mid May 2014 I met with a Company representative and we discussed various Murphy Bed/Cabinet plans for my Condo. The plans were computerized and priced on site. I expressed my concern that my daughter was arriving in four weeks and that MSP states approx. six weeks plus for installation. Within four weeks I was contacted for an installation date....amazing. The installers showed on time but we found the four side cabinets to be the wrong depth. Not the end of the world as my daughter would have a place to sleep. The install team contacted their shop and I was told that they would return to rework the cabinets and still complete the install on the same day. I was completely amazed to see the installers return (same day) with the cabinets and not receive the apologetic phone call. The install team was very professional, courteous and answered all questions. My total experience went above all expectations, from the Design Specialist to the final install. I would highly recommend using MSP of Chantilly, Virginia for any bed or cabinetry design and install.”
