“In 2010, my garage door opener stopped working. I did a lot of online research and decided to call Spectrum Overhead Door. Travis came out and assessed my problem and found me a great deal on a new garage door opener. He was on-time, professional, and very reasonably priced. I was happy with his work and recommended him to some friends who needed a garage door opener installed and they were happy with him as well. Last month, my garage door opener became possessed. It raised and lowered itself at random intervals. Travis came out again and checked it. He adjusted the tension on the door and checked the wiring to ensure it was not touching or crossed. I would have been happy to pay for his time (particularly since the garage door opener was out of warranty), but he refused to charge me because he wasn't sure that he had actually fixed the problem. Apparently, adjusting the tension worked because the garage door has been working fine ever since. Spectrum provides really great customer service. I highly recommend them.”

“My garage door came off the hinges...it needed the spring re-tightened. I called some places online but they wanted to charge to come out to look at it. Then they wanted to charge again for doing the job. It would have cost over $100 +. So I tried local...EZ Lift Garage answered when I called. Made the appt for an hour later. They came, fixed my garage for less than $70. Both men were nice and easy to talk to. There were no hidden fees. Like I told them, next time I will call them 1st...”
