“We had our tension rod split in half after a big wind storm, it was a very old door. They were able to come out the very next day. The technician was polite and arrived on time. He assed the issue, replaced the needed parts and serviced all the others. He was quick and efficient, the whole process took less than an hour. Plus the new system is so quiet, doesn't bother sleeping little ones! We are very pleased and would use or recommend them over and over!!!”

“Great first experience with this company. My keyless entry pad for the automatic garage door stopped working. I assumed I'd need a technician to come and replace it. When I called after reading all of the positive reviews on yelp, the gal who helped me on the phone suggested that I might be able to replace it myself. I went to Anderson to pick up the replacement part, they talked me through it, and after a short bit with the drill and screwdriver, I have a working entry again! Now that's what I call customer service!”

“I purchased a "Modern Classic" 8' x 8' Aluminum frame garage door with Tempered Satin Etch glass lites. A sales representative came out to the house to inspect the opening and ceiling height in order to make sure that the door & hardware would fit properly. A couple of small modifications to the framing were needed in order to install the new unit. The door was installed by Northwest door service techs, along with a Liftmaster 1/2HP belt-drive opener and keyless entry pad. They came out and had everything up in running in about 3 hours time. Job well done!”
