“My car was stuck in the garage and my opener wouldn't work so I called these guys to come out. They were very polite when taking my call and managed to fit me into their schedule the same day in order to help me get my vehicle out of the garage and allow me to go on about my day. They called me back while in route later that day when they said they could come by to let me know they were on their way and once at my home they explained everything that was causing the door not to open and only replaced what was wrong with the door and then proceeded to do a full inspection and tune up of the garage door free of charge. At no point did we feel we were being pushed or given false information into what was wrong with our door as he showed us the broken parts before repair started. I highly recommend these guys and cant say enough nice things about the man who came out to do the repair!!”

“Chris was extremely helpful and educated me about our problem, which was relatively minor, and gave me a few choices. He was already at my neighbor's house and I asked him if he had time to look at our garage. He kindly did not charge a service call since he was already next door and he had the part he needed for our minor repair and installed all within a half hour. Straight shooter, clearly knows what he's doing and fixed a problem that had clearly been caused by a shortcut installation by another garage company (whose sticker I promptly replaced with an Alliance sticker over my door opener). Thanks, Chris!”

“They came out to help when my garage door was broken, letting me know I needed a new one, but not pressuring me and still fixing the old one. After finally being able to afford a new one, the install went smoothly and they have even come back out twice when I had random questions about a noise, or to re-align my sensors (which wasn't even something they were responsible for to start with). Allan and his crew are great!”

“Rex was a total professional with a welcoming personality. I am grateful for his honesty as he simply repaired a coupler whereas 2 of my other quotes wanted me to replace the entire unit. He saved me about 250bucks and was in and out within 20mins. I asked him to set remotes to the other door and my car and he happily obliged. Pure customer service! He will be the only person I use moving forward!”

“Yesterday afternoon our car was imprisoned in our garage because of a broken spring on the door. The office worked me in to their schedule today and they did great. Jose was terrific--extremely knowledgable (30 years in the business) and personable. He gave me good advice and was soon finished with the work. He lubed everythign and stayed and tested it extensively to see that everything was just right. And the cost was reasonable. I now have a new garage door company!
