I called the store to seek assistance and Ken offered me support. He was very friendly and professional and he ended up shipping me the missing part. “Shopping at the Ensuite Showroom was a most pleasant experience. There is an extensive selection of products in this beautiful showroom that meets all budgets. The staff at the Ensuite, though, are the main reason I return to shop here and repeatedly recommend the Ensuite to friends. Neil and Tim are so knowledgeable about the products in the showroom and what can be ordered to meet the needs and wants of the customer that it makes shopping easy.
