“I had my kitchen designed by them, Mildred the kitchen designer offered us many designs for the basic to rich, based on inputs we provided, and worked with us an option that was within our budget. The whole staff is very helpful and non-judgemental, and makes you feel comfortable. Highly recommended!”

“A Direct works with many different vendors. Kraus is by far one of the best manufacturers we partner with. Their customer service department is always on top of their orders, returns, and the occasional damage. They ship out quickly for the amount of orders they receive, and provide us with the tools we need to help sell Kraus sinks and faucets. We also receive great feedback from our Kraus customers.
