Lisa and Derek both took a very collaborative approach to working with us - making it as low-stress as possible. They gave us great design options to choose from, presented us with ideas for materials that would never have occurred to us (but which look fantastic) and they were very flexible in terms of ensuring that they stayed under our budget constraints. The project finished on time, under budget and it looks AMAZING. We would recommend them to anyone for any project big or small, they already have our next one lined up. Our new kitchen is the heart of our home and has been life changing.”

“Anita gave us our dream kitchen! When we decided to remodel our 15 year old colonial with builder grade golden oak cabinets, we approached 3 different designers giving each the same list of wants. The other two designers provided basic designs that a big box store could have done as well. Anita went way outside the box and provided us with a magazine-ready, yet totally functional kitchen. All her subs were first class and our entire project was finished on time. We are now constructing a new home and are excited to have Anita again do our kitchen.”

“Fresh Start was excellent to work with from start to finish. They ordered a gorgeous reclaimed Heart Pine floor in our #1 Quartersawn grade for a high-end renovation job in Harvard Square. The job was well-organized and the schedule was budgeted appropriately to allow for flooring acclimation and installation times. Jobsite was neat and orderly and delivery was organized/executed well, despite the extremely narrow side street and tight driveways of the neighborhood. From start to finish, Fresh Start was easy to work with. They knew how to plan for and work with a high-end finish product and treated it and us with respect. Our experience working with them to patch historic white pine and Heart Pine floors in the area has been similar. We recommend their work to clients in the Boston area.”

“I recently purchased my first condo and my realtor recommended BPR for the renovations. Nick and his team were excellent to work with and took the time to explain the process and answer my questions. I was given a quote/timeline and explanation of all the work plus I got frequent updates on progress, issues/recommendations -- so there were never any surprises. The guys did an amazing job on my floors, crown molding and worked with me to design the built-ins for my living room. I will definitely work with them again when I start phase 2 of renovations!”
