This company does not accept mediocre work even if it means spending its own money to rectify errors and obstacles in the projects. The company is also well versed with different styles and methods of construction: from traditional, transitional, contemporary, modern, and ultra modern. Sordan Construction also has software that tracks the project progress and engages the client every step of the way to ensure the client gets everything they desire, and more. The return on investment of their projects is astronomical. It is often said you get what you pay for. Sordan Construction has broad experience with installing everyday common materials to highly delicate and expensive import materials. Sordan Construction is not cheap, but rather reasonable because as mentioned above, they accept nothing less than an excellent job. As mentioned above, you get what you pay for. Pictures never do their work justice and I will upload pictures of the project at the end of the project. Sordan Construction literally transformed our traditional 12,000 sqft mansion into a modern contemporary marvel with high quality stones, smart home system, German kitchen cabinetry and top of the line appliances. “Provost Landscaping has been taking care of our lawn, shrubs, sprinkler system since our previous company closed. They fixed our sprinkler system which had been a huge problem for many years and planted arborvitae against our back fence along with much beds and it’s own sprinkler system.”

“Great Architect! Imaginative as well as pragmatic. "We met Keri as we were planning a kitchen renovation, screened-in porch addition and front porch portico addition which would require a variance from the local zoning board. Keri came over to chat, get a sense of our space, our interior design style, and review our scope of needs versus wants (something very important). We could tell immediately that Keri was able to envision what we were looking for as the end result. Keri completely re-designed (what I thought was already a great design because I did it!) our kitchen space in a creative, timeless, far more efficient design than I could ever think of. Keri displayed her strong technical expertise and design sensitivity when drawing our three season porch and portico. Everything was brought to life in not only perfect scale but also considerate of the home's age and it's placement into the neighborhood landscape. Keri is very detail oriented but has a unique way of translating those details into a cohesive design that you can understand and relate to. Keri was always available for us. She was prompt, prepared, and eased our fears throughout the entire process. That's the kind of experience you want when going thru a design and construction project.”

“Sashya was hired to help us design the basement of our house (appx 1800 sq feet). She has previously worked with us with our interior design of our house and had done an excellent job. She not only designed the basement but also helped us with the contruction process. She adds a lot of details to her work which makes it easy for the contruction process and shows attention to minor details which adds quality. She is respectful of our time and budget and gives us options to stay within our limits for both. She has a friendly personality which makes it easier to work with and fun during the project. I would highly recommend her to anyone who would like to do any design or architect work big or small.”

“Cronin Cabinets has done several projects for over the years and each one exceeded expectations. Projects have included a Butler's Pantry, Kitchen, and Library. Pricing is very competitive and workmanship is excellent. Building beach house and went right back to them for the kitchen.”
