“We found Concept last year and they met with us and provided great 3D drawings and a complete schedule with costs for our 300 sq ft addittion off of our master bedroom. Started late June and now everythong is finally complete and signed off. After months of hard work and patience our home is finally back and beautuful! the addition has opened up so much for us and our is huge now! We cant say enough great and wonderful things about this team! When your dropping almost 6 figures down for a home remodel hire only the best. We got a great deal.”

When they were done, I couldn't believe my eyes, I had a new home, walls gone, ceilings raised and a huge area created for in kitchen dining. The beautiful caninets were just added benefits. “Over the years I have wandered into Grace, but have always been a little intimidated to do any real shopping there - always figured it was too expensive. In search of a new bed worthy of an adult, I bit the bullet and decided to give Grace a try. What a pleasant surprise! Surprise #1 - I got a fantastic new bed, which truth be told was a little expensive. However, on sale it was totally comparable to other pieces I had seen at bigger retailers and the quality was soooo much better. No buyer's remorse here. Surprise #2 - The salesperson was extremely friendly. Not that I expected to be ignored, but the service was way better that what I expected from a high end Brentwood store that typically caters to people willing to spend a lot more money than I did. Surprise #3 - The BEST delivery service I have ever had. The guys were on time and literally wore gloves while they were meticulously setting up the bed. The worst part of the experience is that the list of new furniture I now covet has grown substantially. Time for a bigger house.”

“We hired OC Builders for a full Kitchen remodel and an installation of a 20’ sliding door. When we met our contractor, Moe, he went over everything in detail and answered all of our questions. Moe was happy to give advice on materials and design but was also fine working with our design. It was a nice balance. We’ve had mixed experiences with contractors on smaller projects in the past but we’re so glad we hired OC for this project. Everything went as expected and there were no surprises. The original quote was pretty close to what the final charges were and the timeline went very smoothly. Moe was extremely communicative and addressed any issue we had in a timely manner. The site was always left very clean every day and the workmen were very professional. We are finished now and loving everything about our beautiful open kitchen and large new doors that open to our back yard. We will not hesitate to hire OC Builders again for future projects.”
