“AND Interior Design Studio did a spectacular job, far expecting my expectations, and did it in a very reasonable cost manner. The end result is a place that I love living in and the unit, quite frankly, makes me not want to leave. Anne's strength is that she can understand what you want and work with you to get it done. My modern bachelor-pad concept is not something that is reflected in Anne's portfolio, but she was able to understand what my vision was and execute it with her wealth of knowledge as a designer. I highly recommend Anne if you are thinking of re-doing your place - since you are going to spend a lot of time living there, it is important to choose an excellent designer to do it right.”

“We worked with Natalia on a major home remodel -- full kitchen and 3 bathrooms. I was a blank slate and while I knew what I didn't like, I didn't have an exact vision of what I wanted. Natalia was invaluable and made what was an overwhelming process, easy and painless. After meeting with us and asking many questions, she had a feel for our style. When it came time to choose tiles, paint colors, countertops, fixtures, she "went shopping" first and then brought us 2 or 3 options from which to choose, and they were spot on. She has a fabulous eye and we absolutely love our kitchen and bathrooms. We continue to work with her on other household projects. Natalia is a true professional, and fun to work with. I can't say enough great things about her, except I'd hire her again and again!”

“My partner and I engaged with Michael a few months ago because we were unhappy with some of our present furniture, carpets and the overall feel of our condo. We had recently worked with a designer and had a less than stellar experience and result. We interviewed a few designers for this relatively small project and we both liked Michael right away. We explained our vision of "warming up" our condo, which had been decorated a bit more modern that we liked; we had not found it to functional or inviting. We emphasized that we wanted to remain in-budget if possible but were open to suggestions that might bring us a bit over if we felt it was worth it. I have worked with three other designers in the past, and I must say that Michael was by far the most budget conscious. We asked to be billed weekly and for regular, easy to understand accounting, and that is just what he provided. Michael was reliable, patient and professional through the entire process; bills for his time were reasonable and appropriate. Michael has a great eye for color and detail, and he came up with some really great ideas. For example, he suggested that we extend an existing surface in the guest bedroom/office to create an inexpensive work space that is both attractive and functional. He also brought in a plumber and painter who were willing to complete some really small but important jobs for us. Michael has been an absolute pleasure to work with. I will definitely contact him for any future projects I might have and I recommend him without hesitation. Oh and by the way, our home looks great - it's warm, comfortable and inviting. . . just what we wanted!”

“Enotive helped us transform our 70s kitchen into an open and airy floor plan. We weren't sure what the best layout for our kitchen, dining, family room space and didn't want to just blindly jump into remodeling without being able to see the area planned out ahead of time. We worked with Jennifer on the project, and she listened to what we wanted in the space and kept our budget in mind. The 3D rendering helped us play with the design and see what we were getting before making any changes. We ended up with a beautifully updated kitchen, very open and bright floor plan. Our favorite element was removing the smaller kitchen window and patio slider to create a large slider that can open up the entire wall. I highly recommend getting Enotive to help you with the design and planning element.”

“I hired this firm for a very unique job which turned out above my expectations. Ms. Adkins is an outstanding consultant and provided me with options that I did not know about which is a much more professional approach than some of the more "off-the-shelf" companies that I had dealt with in the past. “We hired Hellen Hsieh, the owner of Design Loft Company, to design our 725 sq ft great room addition. We are so incredibly thrilled with the completed project, it is exactly what we had envisioned. Our existing house was a 1200 sq ft 3 bedroom, 2 bath home. The kitchen and living area was very modest. With two teenagers at home, we needed to expand and wanted more room to entertain. When we started the project we were uncertain if we should knock down walls and remodel the current floor plan and add a small addition or keep the footprint of the existing house exactly the same and add on one large great room. We decided to do the later, however, to get to this point, we went through several different renderings. Hellen provided us with many great options and helped us decide what would be the most economical and feasible plan. She was flexible, patient and was great about pointing out the pros and cons of each option. Her interactions with our architect , contractor and cabinet supplier went very smoothly which helped us to meet specific deadlines. Hellen was maticulous when it came to the kitchen cabinets and made sure everything was ordered properly and our custom stain came out exactly how we wanted. As a designer, she is very creative and knowledgeable. She understood the style and feel we were after. More importantly she was very conscious and respectful of our monetary constraints which helped us complete our entire project within budget. What impressed us most was her understanding of the build process: from the contractors needs, the city requirements, realistic costs and time estimates, appliance installation prerequisites and inspection requirements. We couldn't be more pleased with Design Loft and Hellen's professionalism.”
